New Top Cow Publisher and Marketing VP

Top Cow Productions, Inc. announced the promotion of Filip Sablik to the position of Publisher on January 7. Two days later, they announced that Mel Caylo has been hired as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. 

Sablik previously held the VP position. Caylo comes from Wizard Entertainment, where he served as Editorial Director since 2004. The press releases from Top Cow are available here.
